MOTHS IN APRIL

We have recently set up a moth trap in our garden in Plymouth.

Here are some of our results. Not all have yet been named. We're getting there, but, at the moment, many of them look much the same to us. This is what we found in April.

2008 April 23rd

This is a Brimstone Moth Opisthograptis luteolata

(1906) .

We had about half a dozen of these over a couple of evenings. We have also seen these at Quoditch.
