A Walk in Febrary

Field Three is a narrow field and does not get much heat from the sun in the winter

The frost stays all day, making this the coldest field in the winter. Interestingly the presence of the tall trees all around that cause this also make it the warmest and most sheltered in Summer.
We were able to catch this in 2003 when there was a light sprinkling of snow.
